Since CSNJ can spend tens of thousands of dollars per month, I would want someone who has personally managed $30,000–$10000+ per month in Meta ad spend. 4. E-commerce/jewelry or luxury products — preferably someone who understands high-value products and customer trust. 5. Meta Pixel + Conversions API — tracking purchases, leads, messages and ROAS correctly. 6. Retargeting — website visitors, video viewers, Facebook/Instagram engagers, previous customers. 7. Creative testing — Reels, videos, product photos, offers and different audiences. 8. ROAS and profitability — they must be able to explain exactly how much CSNJ spends, how much revenue comes back, and which campaigns are profitable. 9. Scaling — know how to increase a successful campaign from, for example, $300/day to $1,000/day or more without destroying performance. 10. Daily monitoring and reporting — clear daily/weekly reports.
