Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch). * 1–3 years of experience in retail, commercial, or interior architecture. Experience in jewellery or fashion retail is preferred. * Knowledge of retail store planning and fit-out execution. Technical Skills * AutoCAD * SketchUp / Revit * Adobe Photoshop * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Knowledge of BOQ preparation and material specifications Desired Skills * Strong design and space planning skills. * Good understanding of retail customer flow and visual merchandising concepts. * Excellent communication and coordination abilities. * Problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Willingness to travel to project sites as required. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Timely completion of store design drawings. * On-time execution and handover of retail projects. * Compliance with quality and brand standards. * Effective project cost control and material optimization. * Accuracy of drawings with minimal site revisions. * Successful coordination with stakeholders and vendors.
