Key Responsibilities
Franchise Acquisition Strategy:
Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, evaluate, and secure franchise opportunities aligned with Wondr Diamond’s vision.
Lead Generation & Networking:
Identify potential franchise partners through market research, networking events, trade shows, and professional connections. Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Relationship Management:
Cultivate meaningful relationships with prospective franchisees, ensuring alignment with our brand values and business objectives. Be the face of Wondr Diamonds in all franchise-related discussions.
Negotiation & Onboarding:
Lead negotiations to finalize franchise agreements while ensuring alignment with company policies and franchisee expectations. Oversee the onboarding process of new franchise partners.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify high-potential regions and evaluate competitive landscapes. Provide actionable insights to tailor franchise acquisition strategies accordingly.
Collaboration with Teams:
Work closely with the marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless brand integration and support for new franchisees.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in business development, franchise acquisition, or sales (preferably in luxury retail or lifestyle brands).
- Strong understanding of franchise models and business operations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while meeting ambitious goals and deadlines.
- Track record of successfully acquiring and onboarding franchisees or partners.
- Analytical mindset with excellent market research and strategic planning skills.
- Passionate about sustainability and premium products.
