Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized assistance and guidance throughout the sales process.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including gemstones, metals, and design features.
• Meet individual and team sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting our jewellery collections.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market competition, and product knowledge to effectively communicate product benefits and unique selling points.
• Collaborate with the store management team to implement sales strategies, promotional activities, and visual merchandising displays.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, pricing, and product assortment.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Retail Sales Executive in the luxury retail industry, preferably within the jewellery sector.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide personalized service.
• In-depth knowledge of jewellery products, including gemstones, metals, and design elements.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively close sales and upsell products.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and store management.
• Proficient in using technology tools for inventory management and sales tracking.
• Fluency in English and Tamil is required.
