We are looking for a HR Executive who are Experienced in HR Statutories with good communication for Mumbai Location to attract top talent and recruit best candidates

Job Description:

• Sourcing and recruiting
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process
• Salary processing. Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Employee engagement - support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Performance Management - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy 
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience.(Jewellery experience preferred)
• Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes to identify fit.
• Track Record in sourcing and attracting right talents.
• Sharp interview skills with ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• MBA in HR
