Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, prospects and partners
• Analyze customer needs and trends to inform product direction and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customers, transactions, and leads
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and marketing efforts
• Generate creative ideas to increase customer engagement
Requirements:
• Proven experience in retail sales is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Passion for Customer Engagements and Sales
