Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with business clients, focusing on selling our high-end jewellery to other businesses and retailers.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to increase sales volume and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients to negotiate and close deals.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a B2B sales executive or relevant role in the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Tamil is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales; self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to travel as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
