Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Identify, approach, and establish relationships with new B2B clients, including wholesalers, retailers, and corporate buyers in the jewelry industry.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Bengaluru and surrounding regions.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, exhibitions, and online platforms.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations with clients to close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Client Retention: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.

 

Qualifications & Skills Required:

 

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is highly preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Kannada or Hindi is a bonus.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Networking Ability: Strong networking skills to build connections within the jewelry industry.
  • Results-Oriented: A goal-driven attitude with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and digital lead-generation tools.
