Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Identify, approach, and establish relationships with new B2B clients, including wholesalers, retailers, and corporate buyers in the jewelry industry.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Bengaluru and surrounding regions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, exhibitions, and online platforms.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations with clients to close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Client Retention: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service and support.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is highly preferred).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Kannada or Hindi is a bonus.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively with decision-makers at all levels.
- Networking Ability: Strong networking skills to build connections within the jewelry industry.
- Results-Oriented: A goal-driven attitude with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and digital lead-generation tools.
