Responsibilities:

• To supervise and guide the work, and manage the team.

 (Approx 45 people team).

• Managing Purchase of all kind of stones according to Order requirements.
• Managing Stone & Diamond Assorting and Bagging for Wax Setting and Metal Setting.
• Maintaining all Issue & Return physically as per with system inventory.
• Preparing daily stock summary and monthly stock inventory details and report to Production Head and General Manager.
• Responsible to manage the team of setters and diamond graders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Atleast 5 years of experience in the jewellery industry specifically diamond related.
• Good knowledge about diamonds.
• Superb interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and professional manner.
• A growth mindset.
• Strong networking and management abilities
