We are looking for an experienced and passionate Administration Manager join our team! 

 

As an Administration Manager, you will supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.

You will also lead a team of professionals to complete a range of Administrative tasks and duties in different departments

 

Administrative Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Supervises clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, and disciplining employees.
  • Sets policies and procedures for training, coaching, counselling, and career development for staff.
  • Initiates and coordinates goals, deadlines, and projects for their department.
  • Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department.
  • Monitors and procures needed supplies for office, reception, Dispatch/
  • Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
  • Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems
  • Allocate responsibilities and office space and assess staff performance
  • Provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency. Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company
  • Manage schedules and deadlines and Identify process bottlenecks and offer solutions for improvement
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Oversee facilities services and maintenance
  • Organize and supervise other office activities
  • Adhere to policies and regulations
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments

 

Administrative Manager Qualifications/Skills:

  • Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • One to two years of administrative manager experience.
    • Proven experience as administration manager
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Administrative writing and reporting skills
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
    • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    • A team player with leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
